In European 30 countries, more than 1300 cities are introduced Healthy Cities and be active. But, WHO Regional Office for Europe take cities(Who outstanding active on Healthy Cities) into WHO Network. WHO Regional Office for Europe take cities in to membership for quinquennial, Now the 5Phase networks are working. Each Phase is launched with declaration and gave members major task that is member have to active task for 5years.
